About Us

Welcome to South Devon Elementary!

South Devon Elementary is located on the north side of the Saint John River in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. We are an English school with a population of approximately 200 students from Kindergarten to grade 5.

Our student population comes from the Saint Mary's First Nations Community, the surrounding Devon subdivisions, and the Union Street area.

The building is on one level, which allows us to easily serve students who require wheel chair accessibility.

We also provide second language instruction in French and/or Maliseet.

We are proud to display in our halls 22 tapestries woven by Fredericton artist Dr. Ivan Crowell.
